In June, our customer service team received numerous commendations from customers. Below are some comments they provided for us to share:

• The customer stated their bus operator is extra considerate, very helpful, pleasant, and nice, and they are truly thankful for her presence on the job. She truly makes a difference.
  
  
• The customer stated that the operator provided assistance at a very late hour and was very gracious in his time of need.
  
  
• The customer said the driver is knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. She took her time to help. She's just a joy to ride with.
  
  
• The customer stated that the bus driver on bus 1211 handled herself with excellence; some passengers who got on her bus were so rude toward her. The way they were talking to her and the things they were saying were so inappropriate. She kept her composure, kept driving politely, and kept her focus on the streets. The bus was full of passengers, and the driver was wonderful and excellent.
  
  
• The customer wanted to praise the operator, as a great guy, always has a smile on his face, a sense of humor, he always treats me okay, and considering the tough dynamics, he should be commended. 
  
  
• The customer stated that she would like to provide a commendation to her favorite driver in the world.
  
  
• The customer observed that an operator helped a fellow customer take their cart off the 32 bus at the corner of Delaware & Amherst, while the bus was outbound.
