In June, our Customer Service Team received the following commendations:
- The caller stated that the operator was fantastic -- very nice and very kind.
- The caller stated the driver is very helpful, treats him well and is a very good driver.
- A customer reported that the Supervisor provided exceptional assistance in recovering his lost wallet. According to the customer, the Supervisor not only helped locate the wallet but also transported him to Frontier Station, where he secured his wallet and confirmed that all contents were intact.
The customer further stated that the Supervisor then "proceeded to take me back to Niagara Falls so I could get home." He expressed that he had been "so upset the whole day," but Supervisor Carla's support and kindness "made everything so wonderful for me that day" and helped turn his day around. - The customer stated that this bus operator is a true professional and an absolute asset to the NFTA-Metro. He knows his stuff, very good at what he does. Does an amazing job.
- The caller stated that the driver who drove the trolley was very helpful and did an amazing job.
- The customer said, "(I) took the #4 bus to Thruway Plaza this morning and was pleasantly greeted by the driver......yes...he said good morning! He waited until I was seated before he moved the bus, which is important for a 75-year-old woman. He made the turns off Broadway onto Harlem smoothly, with no bumps on the curb. This is the kind of driver who should be applauded. Good driving and good personal service. Please give him a gold star and a thank you from an older lady."
- The caller stated that the driver is very friendly and drives safely, especially in school zones.
- The customer stated that this driver was awesome, very courteous, and polite. He waited for her to get off the #26 to board his bus and waited for someone to get off the #24 at Genesee and Fillmore to board his bus. The customer wanted to call and point that out. He does a great job, and that deserves recognition.
- The customer said, “I wanted to let you know that the driver this morning on the train I was on was great. It was the inbound train that got to Church at 7:41, if that helps (identify them) with the single tracking going on again. He made a couple of announcements, and they were so clear and concise; I must say, I was impressed. I hope you can tell him that it was appreciated.”
- The caller stated their driver is a kind, professional, and safe driver.
