  • The customer stated that this driver is "Very pleasant, always has a smile on her face, and is so nice to be greeted when boarding the bus, making the customers feel really welcome. The customer loves riding the bus and knowing that this is his driver. Absolutely awesome!"
  • The customer stated the driver is wonderful. She is helpful when folks don't know specifically where they are going, while being polite and professional. She is also a safe driver, being aware of the people and cars around her. The customer said she appreciated them and hopes we will let their supervisor know.
  • The customer wants to thank the driver for being polite and patiently waiting for her to board.
  • The customer really appreciates bus operators throughout this entire system and expresses great support and admiration for the employees who work for our company.  She is pleased with the service they provide, their professionalism, and their courtesy towards her.  She is just truly grateful.
  • The caller states that the driver goes out of his way to make sure he waits for him when getting off the 12, so he won't miss his connection. 
  • The customer said that they saw a person walk out in between two buses without a care and could have been badly hurt. The driver was quick and kept herself together. Great driving.
  • The rider says the driver is very kind and courteous, providing exceptional service!
