- The customer stated that the operator assisted the customer with transfers and connections with other buses. The operator was helpful and professional with the customer.
- Excellent driver: Route 23 8 am South Park Bus #1066. The drivers were courteous to other vehicles, enhancing our safety and comfort as passengers.
- The operator displayed outstanding professionalism and sound judgment. A passenger initially declined to board the bus but shortly afterward flagged the operator down, having changed his mind. The operator handled the situation calmly and safely, maintaining courteous service and ensuring a smooth experience for all passengers.
- The customer said she left her ID on the bus yesterday by accident; the driver knows she's a frequent rider and kept her ID to give back to her the next day at 7 am because that's when she regularly takes the bus. The customer was very happy because this driver saved her the trip to Frontier Station to claim her ID. The customer feels like this driver went above and beyond for her. He helped her and made her day. Caller wants this driver to be recognized for being fantastic at what he does. The customer is very grateful.

- I just wanted to write a thank you letter to this driver. Yesterday, my 69 5:10 Lancaster bus did not show up. I was on the phone with Metro to find out what happened when she recognized me and another passenger and waited for us to get on the 2 Clinton bus. She stopped the bus to tell us that the 2 Clinton went to Lancaster and that we could get on her bus. She is always kind and helpful and looks out for her passengers. I appreciated her help since there were no other 69 buses that evening. She could have just gone by us when we didn’t wave her down, but she didn’t because she cared.
- At 12:45 PM today, I observed Rail Car 116/117 beginning to depart from Canalside Station. At that moment, a customer with a rolling suitcase was making their way quickly toward the train. Although the rail car had already started moving, the operator noticed the customer’s approach. The operator stopped the vehicle promptly, reopened the doors, and ensured the customer could board safely. This moment reflected more than good timing; it showed genuine attentiveness and care. On behalf of the Customer Relations team at NFTA-Metro, I sincerely thank and commend this operator for their quick judgment, focus on safety, and commitment to creating a positive experience for our riders.
