We are thrilled to share commendations for our Metro operators received by our Customer Service Team in July. Please see below:
- The caller stated the operator is very cautious; he liked the care she took while driving and that she was cordial.
- The customer stated he had several nice encounters with the bus operator. She acknowledges him very nicely, and she's very kind. She lowers the bus for him without him having to ask when entering and exiting the bus. She is extremely courteous, and he appreciates her service.
- The customer stated that this employee was awesome, and that it was a cleaner who helped this customer out so much. They were very helpful in assisting them with buying a MetGo card and helping them understand how they work. The customer wanted to call and give her a commendation.
- I would like to put in a commendation for this operator. I took his trip on the 24 Genesee from the airport on Sunday around 9 a.m. He was extremely pleasant with passengers and helpful, thank you.
- The customer came to me stating she loves to see maintenance worker #9592. They greet the drivers, give praise to them, and do their job well in the process.
- The Operator Greeted them nicely and was always pleasant.
- The operator was ending her shift but saw that people were lost and not from this area. She directed them and walked them over to another bus and helped the other driver to point them in the right direction.
- The customer said the operator is friendly to the elderly and very helpful.
- The customer called in stating that he is appreciative of the bus operator doing their job well and giving them a helping hand by trying their best to make his connection.
