Frank Fowler from Metro Rail shared the success of Shawn Sikes who took his CDL road test at the end of March. Shawn started with us in February 2021 as a Railcar Mechanic.

The failure rate of this test is 80% in New York State on the first try but Shawn passed the test with great reviews.
