• Call BJs at Phone #: 800-313-8887. Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST 

Please plan to provide the following information: 

• NFTA employees (only) “Group Promo Code” is 300104.
• Debit or credit card information
• If you are a current BJ’s member, please have your membership ID, which can be found on your membership card or from within the BJ’s app.

New Members: 

• New Club Card (Basic) membership - ONLY $15, good for 12 months, receive 2 cards ($35 savings)
• New Club + Card (earn Rewards) membership - ONLY $50, good for 12 months, receive 2 cards ($50 savings) 

Renewing/Existing Members:  

• Renewal Club Card - ONLY $50, good for 12 months, receive 2 cards ($5 savings)
• Renewal Rewards Club Card + (earn Rewards)  - ONLY $100, good for 12 months, receive 2 cards ($10 savings)
