Summer generally presents warmer weather in the forecast, sometimes that means dealing with temperatures in the high 80's, low 90's. That's hot! Staying cool and comfortable is critical to maintaining our well-being, so it's important to dress appropriately for the heat yet maintain a professional appearance for the office.
With the current health crisis, the NFTA has temporarily altered its dress code to support casual attire, which accommodates presentable denim jean wear (no holes or rips). So, getting ready for work really can be a breeze. Just remember a few helpful tips below:
- Simple, neat, and pressed is the best way to go;
- If you are in doubt on something, don't wear it;
- Save the flip flops and full open toe sandals for outside of the office; and
- Wear your face mask and respect social distancing.
