On behalf of the NFTA Transit Police, Officer Elliott Justinger collected and delivered police memorabilia and a monetary donation to a young man named Kevin. Kevin was selling grilled hot dogs outside of his house to help raise money to purchase a computer to meet his accessibility needs.
