Michael Kowarko and Shana Carr have joined Metro's Customer Service Team at our MTC customer center. 

Michael formerly worked for Paratransit and drove big bus for 10 years. He is excited about his new role in the company, especially in making meaningful connections and helping customers with their transit system needs. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess.

Shana drove Paratransit for 8 years. She is thrilled to be in her new role and feels she is moving in the right direction professionally. During the pandemic, Shana volunteered to make face masks, leading to her sewing hobby.
