In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, this photo is a throwback of Metro's parade bus in 2004, year 2 of the Buffalo Puerto Rican and Hispanic Festival. 

This year marked the 20th anniversary of the festival, which included our uniquely designed full bus wrap for 2022.
