Our Metro Customer Service team has been tirelessly out in the system these past few weeks asking customers to take our annual Metro Bus and Rail benchmarking surveys.
We are very excited to hear what our customers have to say as well as our employees. Whether you use Metro service frequently, occasionally, or even rarely -- your input matters.

These surveys are extremely important because they provide valuable feedback. As a result of this input, Metro has:
- Started a bus shelter expansion program
- Created an on-time performance task force
- Increased cleaning on our buses and trains
- Further demonstrated the need for additional grant funds
