Alexis Smith has joined Metro's Customer Service Team. She brings with her robust customer service experience within various industries including hospitality, information sciences, and debt reconciliation. 

She is a graduate of The New School Eugene Lang College. She is also a member of the Park School Board and is a recipient of a Susan B. Anthony Award. Her interests include writing and learning new languages.
