We are excited to welcome Deborah (Debbie) Schultz as our new Payroll Specialist/Accountant. Debbie brings over 20 years of collective experience in accounting, taxes, and human resources.

Before joining the NFTA, she worked in human resources at a senior health facility and at a tax agency. She has been recognized with the Employee of the Year award from the WNY Aging facility, out of 200 nominees, for her exceptional customer service and care. 

Debbie holds a master's degree in Creative Studies with a minor in International Business, with a focus on Human Resources. She grew up in a drag-racing environment with her family and has a passion for the sport, regularly attending car shows. She also enjoys traveling and looks forward to her next adventure.
