Please welcome Dejuan Hardy who joins the NFTA as Manager, EEO/Diversity Development.  We are excited to have Dejuan bring his enthusiasm and years of professional experience to the NFTA. 

Dejuan has a wide range of experience in Human Resources, Employment, and Diversity with progressive leadership in employee relations, conflict resolution, diversity training, equal employment, affirmative action and compliance. He most recently worked for the Department of Veteran Affairs.  

Dejuan also served in the U.S. Airforce and completed three tours to Kandahar Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Qatar.
