We are excited to welcome Dwight Barlow to the NFTA. Dwight has been hired as the new Supervisor (of two) in the Customer Relations Department. 

Dwight holds a Digital Cinematography Bachelor's Degree from Full Sail University, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Information Technology, seamlessly intertwining creativity with technical acumen on a professional level. 

In addition to his education, Dwight brings over 10 years of Customer Service and Call Center Supervisory experience from Verizon, The Internal Revenue Service, and HSBC bank. He deeply recognizes the significance of delivering exceptional customer service and supporting brand advocacy.

Beyond work, he cherishes family moments with his wife and two kids, indulges in creating short films, and coaching basketball at Frederick Law Olmsted High School.
