Welcome Edward “Eddie” King, who is the the NFTA's new summer Law Clerk/Intern. While here, he will be assisting with legal research and writing within our Legal Department. Also, as a New York City native, he is passionate about all things transit and ecstatic to learn about the inner workings of the NFTA.

Eddie is from Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, NY. He is a proud graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. For his J.D, he is attending the University at Buffalo School of Law and will be graduating in 2027. At UB Law, he is the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. He is looking forward to getting more involved with student affairs with his peers and mentoring future law students. After graduating from Brooklyn College in 2019 and prior to attending law school, Eddie spent several years working in fashion e-commerce, advertising, and the non-profit industries around New York City. 

He is also a photographer who has photographed campaigns for elite brands like Gucci, Spotify, and DKNY. For fun he likes to ride his bike, lift weights, and volunteer in the community.  Although he couldn’t attend this year because of final exams, he has participated in 2 of the last 3 Five Boro Bike tours.
