Holly Nidell is the NFTA's new Administrative Assistant in the Equal Employment Opportunity Department. Holly’s role will focus on working with the EEO/Diversity Development Manager as well as assisting the ADA Coordinator and team.
Holly brings with her a variety of professional experience. Prior to coming to the NFTA, she was a supervisor for Outsource Receivables Management in Arcade, NY. Holly also worked in the Southern Tier at Cuba Memorial Hospital where she specialized in in-house collections and trained new employees in customer service. Holly also worked as a Membership Representative for The YMCA of the Twin Tiers in Olean. While working at the YMCA, she helped to serve her community by working with members to help them gain financial assistance to help cover a percentage of their memberships. In Holly’s spare time, she works as an Educational Aid for Daeman College and D’Youville College in their physical therapy department. She assists the Director at each college in providing feedback regarding second and third year physical therapy student’s proficiencies.
Holly received her A.A.S. in Business Administration from Jamestown Community College and also a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hilbert College in Hamburg. While at Hilbert College, she sat on several committees: Budget and Appropriations, Transfer Advisory Board, Outcome and Assessments, and the Diversity and Inclusion.
Holly is very involved in her community and enjoys volunteering. She loves all sports from basketball, football, to golf. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, but what Holly really enjoys, is spending time with her pug.
Please join in welcoming Holly to the NFTA. When you are at the MTC, please stop by the EEO Department and say hello!
