Please join in welcoming John Fenz who has joined the NFTA as our new Counsel for the Buffalo Airport. John comes to the NFTA with a variety of legal experience including working as the West Seneca Town Attorney, the Deputy County Clerk – Legal and First Deputy County Clerk in the Erie County Clerk’s Office, and in private practice.  

John holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from SUNY Buffalo and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law. He resides in West Seneca with his wife Nicole and son John Paul, who turns 2 in April. In his free time John enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and playing claw-machine games to win stuffed animals for his son.
