Kathleen (Katie) Winter-Strawther has joined the NFTA as our new Assistant Transportation Manager. Katie has 26 years of transportation experience, having previously worked for First Student and TNT Bus Service. Her roles have included Driver Supervisor, Lead Supervisor, and Risk Management Examiner.

Katie is dedicated to safety and excellence. She has received accolades for her achievements, including a Safety Award for reducing incidents and enhancing safety protocols and a Safety Leadership Award. 

Katie is married and has three children and two grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys family activities, outdoor cooking, baking, shopping, and gardening.
