Michelle Moore, a native of Buffalo has joined the Service Planning team as a Data Analyst. She will provide technical support to the data collection, planning, and scheduling functions in the Service Planning Department. Michelle comes to us with a BS in Transportation and Logistics from North Carolina A&T. She has over 20 years of data analysis and logistics planning experience from Praxair. In addition, she has 2 years of experience in transportation at Greensboro Transit Authority in Greensboro, NC.
 
Michelle loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and most importantly spend time with family and friends. She is very excited to join the NFTA and collaborate with such a welcoming team.
