Paul Urban has joined the NFTA as our new Chief Information Officer. Paul has 20+ years of leadership experience in the IT industry and has worked in several industries, including healthcare, banking/finance, and manufacturing. He has helped numerous organizations develop and implement disaster recovery programs, improved IT operations through process development and optimization, and has experience with local, state, and national audits.

Paul holds a degree in Finance from Niagara University. He is an avid motorcyclist; his longest adventure was cross country from New Mexico to Buffalo. He is also active with hockey and participates in the 11-Day Power Play.
