Wafa Dubashi joins the NFTA as our new EEO Program Coordinator.  She has over 15 years experience working at the US Small Business Administration.  She attended Erie Community college and has a strong entrepreneurial background. 

Wafa comes from a large family, having seven siblings.  She is a proud mother of a KMW 2020 high-school senior.  In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, and just being outdoors.
