We want to officially welcome Kelsey Towne who is our newest Data Analyst working within Metro's Service Planning Department. Before coming to the NFTA she worked at Habitat for Humanity Buffalo in their Family Services department.  

Kelsey holds an Environmental Science and Policy BA from Smith College and a Professional GIS Certificate from Michigan State University.
