The primary goal of our Central Services Team is to ensure that support operations for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority function smoothly and efficiently. 

Central Services consists of Reception, the Mailroom, and Document Storage. Reception and the Mailroom are both located on the first floor of the MTC, which is the NFTA's Headquarters. Our Document Storage facility is located at 199 Aero Drive.
