The EEO / Diversity Development department is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the Authority's Affirmative Action / Equal Employment Opportunity Programs. The department also administers the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, including Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, in compliance with Affirmative Action Programs as required under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and is responsible for Authority-wide compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
